For and in the consideration of the mutual promises, the reciept and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby and forever discharge the ProSport kennel club, his/her/their heirs, executors administrators, agents and assigns, and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, none of whom admit any liability to undersigned but all express deny liability, from any and all claims, demands, damage, action, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, and particulary on account of all injuries, known and unknown, both person and property, which have resulted or may in the future develop from any accident that may occur while participating in a ProSport Kennel Club Event.

The undersigned agree that their release concerns any spectator, riders, participants, or other persons who may suffer any injuries, whatsoever on the stated date.

The undersigned also agrees to follow the rules set forth by the ProSport Kennel Club and accepts any dicipline deemed necessary by the ProSport Kennel Club.
